Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
Tracing and metrics that show what users actually experience, not just what the servers report.
Read moreOngoing support for your cloud and platform environment, with defined response times and a monthly written report.
Most support arrangements are priced on responsiveness and measured on nothing. Ours includes the work that prevents incidents as well as the work that resolves them: patching, dependency upgrades, certificate renewals, backup verification and a monthly cost review.
Response times are defined by severity and agreed in writing, and every month you receive a short report covering what changed, what it cost, what broke and what we recommend next.
Severity-based response commitments, including overnight cover for genuine production incidents.
Patching, upgrades, certificate renewal and backup verification happen on schedule rather than after a failure.
Cloud spend checked each month, so a change in usage is caught within weeks rather than at year end.
A written monthly report including the incidents we caused and the recommendations you have not yet accepted.
Environment documented, access arranged, monitoring verified and runbooks written or reviewed.
Current state, known issues and risk register agreed so both sides start from the same picture.
Scheduled maintenance and incident response against the agreed severity matrix.
Monthly report and a quarterly session on trends, risks and what to prioritise next.
Rarely, and we would not usually recommend it. We normally cover cloud and platform work so internal staff can focus on the business systems they know best.
They are set by severity and agreed in the contract. Critical production incidents carry the shortest commitment, including overnight.
Monthly, with a notice period. We would rather you stay because the arrangement works than because leaving is difficult.
